1. Services Offered
JAS Holidays offers hotel accommodation booking services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email.
2. Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is successfully made, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. No physical tickets or documentation will be provided.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. JAS Holidays is not liable for issues due to incorrect details submitted.
4. Modification & Cancellation
Cancellations are permitted within 3 days of booking. Requests beyond this window are not eligible for a refund. See Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or government actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
